The Modular Diagnostic System
Riester ri-former® diagnostic station with mobile base, 2 handles, ri-spec, 3,5V/230V with 3-pin plug LED otoscope head and LED ophthalmoscope head.
This modular diagnostic system by Riester offers optimal flexibility for hospitals and medical practices. The diagnostic station modules can be combined individually to suit the requirements and locations. Because of its innovative design, it is variably extendable to the right and the left. The basic ri-former® module is available with one handle and can be supplemented with up to 4 more handle modules. This offers users a versatile combination of options.
With its centralised electrical power supply, the ri-former® offers the reliability required in busy hospitals and medical practices, and also eliminates the need for batteries, guaranteeing cost savings and helping the environment.
Also available as an anaesthesia model for fixation on rail systems.

LED illumination for otoscopes and 3.5 V xenon illumination for ophthalmological instruments supplies daylight conditions.
The handles automatically switch on or off when removing or replacing them in the handle unit, saving energy and increasing the service life of the lamps.
Non-slip, ergonomically designed handles with rheotronic®: the handle enables continuously adjustable brightness as well as manual switching on and off.
